BRAKE HOSES
As our brake hoses are safety-critical products, we are subject to the ISO 6120 standard. The hoses supplied by leading third-party manufacturers are tested with hydrostatic pressure, leakage and tear tests, and product traceability is also guaranteed by supplier reports.
After assembly, the performance of pressed or radial forged couplings is also tested. After assembly with the brake hose, the constant assembly capability of the couplings is tested to 100%.
The length of the free span is based on the standards, unless otherwise requested by the customer, OE or OES. Tests required before and after assembly are carried out and recorded in-house, in the supplier's laboratories or in independent test centers
